The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated. A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before. Actually, the entire staff from serving staff to people in the spa provided top-notch and friendly service. "
