"We had a great stay till 2 Jan 2019. Our children Enjoyed very much this time than our previous stay due to the plunge pool. "This property is designed to take care of your every need. You have a personal butler who you work with for everything—dining, outside excursions, a drink by the pool—and they do an excellent job. Our butler was Menuka and he was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We stayed on the property for the most part and chose to do all of our meals there because we liked the food and the convenience. "I stayed with my family in the Christmas Eve at this hotel. This was my second visit, 17 years after our honeymoon at the same venue. Courtesy of the staff at the front office needs to be upgraded. Restaurant staff was great. Good food. Initially given a deteriorated room but immediately changed upon request. "Beautiful villa! We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and the manager Dino was terrific. He helped us coordinate our menu and made us feel at home. The set up of the house is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are clean, decorated nicely, and spa-like bathrooms.
