"The staff here go above and beyond, the ‘glamping’ experience was great. Food was really nice but quite expensive. The safari company run joint with the camp was amazing and extremely well run. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. "Nilakshi in the front office and Sanjeewa in the restaurant are amazing. Also I should mention Udesh, Manager. Foods were fantastic. Thank you all and others making our stay at Echo unforgettable. We have stayed some upscale hotels in the Ella area, but Echo is the best. We highly recommend this place."
