"There was no ice the ice machine it’s been broken for months cause I’ve stayed there a few months ago in November I called the front desk to get ice. They never brought it to my room. other than that, I really like the hotel. It is a little bit expensive. Food is expensive $28 for a club sandwich equivalent of $500 pesos. I don’t like the fact that there’s not a coffee machine in the room. They want you to order room service and it’s very expensive."

"The best part was the bed, very firm and comfortable. The worst part was the noise in the room coming from the street outside. Their TV system is really bad including no TV guide available which discourages from even try to watch tv. "
