"If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise."

"The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. "
