"Hola ha sido nuestra segunda estancia y la verdad que ha cambiado de dueños y esta algo mas dejado, la tv de la habitacion muy pequeña pero con buenas camas y nevera excelente. Piscina buena pero con muy pocas tumbonas, buffet es de menu, un primero un segundo y postre. Incluye una consumición. Retirado de la playa pero con buen acceso en coche. Espero haberle ayudado. Un saludo."

"Quelques points non précisés dans l'annonce: -boulons tout le tour de piscine non retirés - 5 ou 6 chats qui sont omniprésents et entre dans la maison si on aère en bas. - élevage de porc proche qui amène selon le vent certains jours une forte odeur - l'électricité saute si on met en route les climatiseurs en même temps en haut en bas ou clim + machine a laver ou autre. "Excellent buffet breakfast and large room with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Massive discount for week prior to Easter. However, bar and restaurant were closed and no entertainment provided. 15 minute walk to town centre for facilities. Bidet in bathroom would have been handy, when only feet needed washing. No toilet brush or plastic stool to sit on to dry yourself after a shower. Got stressed out trying to get safe in bedroom to lock. Followed instructions keying in 4 numbers and # key. Asked for help at reception. Told to buy key to go inside the safe at €4 a night to lock. Have paid in other hotels for key operated safes, but never for digital ones in over fifty years of travelling the Med! "

"Overall service was good. Food was average. Would be nice if a kettle is provided in room. Castle is right beside so it’s great for 1st time visitor. Best to include breakfast when you book your room as nothing around the hotel except the castle. Being high up in the mountain with a great view. There was no water in the rooms this morning but eventually fixed. The key card did not work so well, lights were all off for 3 times during our two nights stay. "

"We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down with the new pizza. No kettle or that in room would be nice if that was an option. I would stay again as the good things overcame the minor issues encountered during the stay. "

"Hotel was clean and airy. Our room was lovely, clean and had everything one needs. Staff professional and friendly but do not invade your space! Breakfast was excellent with great choice and we had a meal at the restaurant one evening and food was delicious. We would highly recommend the Ramada 😊"
