![This is an architectural wonder within the shadow of the famed Mt Ararat. When I visited it was not finished. It was begun in1685, continued in 1784 and still not finished.  The relief work in the various courtyards is intricate. At this stage I'd count it as a folly, along with Hurst Castle and Neuschwanstein Castle. "I came early before check in time, and they arranged my room right away, the room is clean, with tv and comfortable bed, a balcony overlooking Ararat mountain, but what sparks the most is the kindness of the guys in the reception, Mehmet and Faruk, thank you Arart Hotel, I am definetly staying at it again if I visit dogubayezit in the futur."
