"View of Taj from our balcony was great, but the hospitality of the staff was even better. Loved our stay there"

"Warm hospitality , well maintained rooms and property, good food and service"

"Excellent location, comfortable rooms"

"The hotel was nice but a little out dated. Clean room, comfy bed. Very spacious. We have been upgraded for a fee, totally worth it. There was a construction at the hotel. They are adding a new section. Our room was facing the construction. Since we’re there to visit Taj Mahal, we left very early and didn’t see the workers. It was ok for 1 night stay."

"Property was very neat and clean interior was beautiful and hospitality was great. I wanted to enjoy the hotel along with Agra destinations hotel full filled all of it. Had shops inside cultural music and events"

"Overall, the service was excellent. The only downside was that the concierge was too busy to assist with our luggage or help arrange a car. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant, with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities."

"Breakfast was fresh Room was ok"

"Great comfy stay"

We were very well treated and had a great welcome from the beginning. The only inconvenience happened at the end of our stay. Due to a lack of procedure, the hotel did not check whether we had returned the room key at checkout. We left calmly, and while we were already on the street heading to catch our bus to another city, we were informed...

"Food was lovely"

"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay and it is very close to the Ghats and evening ceremony."

"Room was clean, staff was very profesional and polite. I recomend for family."

"The personnel are rude and obnoxious. Select another hotel if you wish to visit Agra"
