This townhouse is in the Crystal beach area of Destin and is the ground level of a two-story unit. While relaxing in the living room, enjoy a view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views out front. The Seasonally heated Pool and beach are both only a few steps away. With a king bed in the master and a full over full bunk in the guest room, this villa can sleep a total of 6 guests. The Space: The beautiful sandy beach is only a few steps across the street and you can use the tunnel out front to get to it so you don't have to use the street. This is the lower unit of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom townhome. It is lakefront on the back side and has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the views and have an outdoor dining experience. The front of the home has a sitting area and is only steps from our community pool which is heated from Mid February through April. All guests have access to the pool, the pool bathrooms, and the outdoor showers which are near the pool. There are also several charcoal BBQ pits near the pool area that are available to use during your stay, charcoal is not provided. There are waterfront restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, so you can't beat the convenience of this location. We provide beach towels, chairs and toys. Private entrance and deck area Master suite with king bed and walk in shower 2nd bedroom has full over full bunks with twin trundle bed Hall bath has tub and shower Fullly stocked kitchen Keurig Coffee maker Pool access Free parking Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire downstairs unit. Other Things to Note: Entrance door is on the right side of the property. They were absolutely wonderful but, if you are hoping to fish don’t book here. No fishing is allowed. I rented this property with the thought that my son would be able to fish while my girls and I enjoyed the beach. When we arrived we were told fishing isn’t allowed. He was completely bummed. We recently stayed at this incredible VRBO for a girls' motorcycle trip to Destin, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the sheer comfort of the place. The home is beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of modern style and cozy charm. Every room was immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we all had amazing sleep after long days of riding. But what truly set this property apart were the amenities. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including high-end appliances, cookware, and even a coffee bar that was perfect for our early mornings. There were plenty of towels and beach gear, which we took full advantage of. The outdoor space was perfect! The patio area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts thought of everything, and it made our stay absolutely perfect. We felt at home and pampered, which made our trip so much more enjoyable.
