The Islander 608 Complimentary Beach (Seasonally) Platinum Unit! Heated Pool

This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #608 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom 32' TV, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom 32' TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room 65' TV. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.

This Destin vacation rental has recently been updated through out with fresh paint, crown molding, new furniture, & 3 new flat screen TV's. The living room, dining room and bedroom furniture have been updated. The kitchen has been opened to extend the view into the living area and has new light fixtures. The dining room has 2 new bar stools. Both bedrooms include new flat screen TV's, bedding, lighting, art, & plantation shutters.

• No Smoking in Units/Balcony
• The Islander has designated smoking areas (Inquire @ Check-in)
• No Pets
• No More than 6 ppl in a Unit
• The Islander has a Kids Club Program Free for all Guest (inquire @ Front Desk) or Ask a about our V.I.P List of Excursions/Restaurant Discounts for Islander Renters Only
• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guest need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting in Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay. Set Up On Beach from March 1 till October 31.

Nice location and pretty good stay!

The property is located a little off the beaten path which is awesome! The property had plenty of guest but never felt crowded. Great beach location! Awesome view! Guest bathroom had some mold on the ceiling but I told the management team and she stated she would send someone up. Other than that everything was great!

We had a great time staying at the islander. The only issue that we had was black staining on the ceiling in the double bedroom and a little in the living room that looked like mold. My mom stayed in the double room and said she felt like it was effecting her and was coughing. Other than that it was a really nice place.

Great experience renting this property. Excellent condo for the price point. Great location. Only had a minor issue with TV’s/remotes and after an email to the property manager, I received a quick response and the issue was resolved promptly. Would definitely recommend!

1st Time at Destin

We had a great time at The Islander. Each weekday there were planned activities fir the kids with Friday being a movie at the pool. The condo was great & plenty of linens were provided. There is no washer/dryer in the condo which would’ve been nice. Otherwise we thought it was great. Would recommend.

Awesome experience

Property is just as shown in the photos, the view of the beach is so much better in person! First night we noticed the master bedroom fan wasn’t working properly. We notified the front desk which a maintenance man contacted us immediately; I don’t know exactly what he did but there was no need for a fan after his visit. The A/C was working excellent to the point we had to turn up the temp. Overall we had our wonderful experience, the property location is great. One piece of advice I’d give future guest is make sure to reserve your beach chair super early. They start setting up at 7am and people begin reserving their spot when the umbrella is set in the sand(this is only for the front row). Definitely would recommend this property to anyone, we would stay here again, and it’s worth every penny!

Beautiful Condo & Amenities

Great trip! Condo recently updated and in spotless condition. The view was terrific and provided great view of the dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella provided was definite plus! Islander staff was helpful and property well maintained. Would definitely book again!!
