Enjoy our vacation rental that we beautifully remodeled with stylish decor, updated flooring, and granite countertops throughout. Relax in style & comfort while you are vacationing in Destin. Our rental offers a spacious master bedroom, guest room, and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a perfect fit for up to six guests. Tucked away on Holiday Isle, but within a 5-minute drive to the heart of Destin! Unwind on the white sand beach, take a dip in the sparkling Gulf, or relax on your private balcony with breathtaking views. Enjoy free beach service with two chairs and (1) umbrella each day of your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to two pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and more.  
  
Living Area with Balcony & Dining Area: Step into the spacious living area, where you'll find brand-new furnishings, including a queen-size sleeper sofa. Designed for comfort and relaxation, with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player great for a movie night! The dining area, conveniently located near the living room, is ideal for family meals. THE PRIVATE BALCONY – Take time for yourself, get up early, grab your coffee and just capture a moment as the sun rises or sets and just maybe you will be able to see the dolphins at play.  
  
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated with sleek granite countertops, modern lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. This is the moment when you put your culinary skills to test! Everything you need to enjoy cooking in comfort, including a full range of kitchenware, a coffee maker, and a microwave are available to you!  
  
Bedrooms: The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and granite countertops. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and another flat-screen TV, making it perfect for children or additional guests. The guest bathroom is beautifully updated with granite counters, a quartz sink.

Complimentary Beach Service: Enjoy relaxing on the beach where you’ll have access to (2) beach chairs and an umbrella, (stays 14 days or less)  
  
Amenities: At The Islander Resort in Destin, Florida, you can enjoy an active and fun-filled Destin vacation with access to two pools (1-Seasonally Heated), (4) pickleball courts, (2) tennis courts, a half basketball court, and two shuffleboard courts. Complimentary equipment is available for checkout at the front desk, making it easy to stay engaged during your stay.  
  
Fitness Center & Grilling Area: Located next to the lobby. What a great way to keep up with your workout routine while you are on vacation in Destin. For those looking to savor the fresh catch of the day or grill some delicious burgers, the pavilion and gazebo are equipped with several charcoal grills for guest use.  
  
Children Vacation Activities: During the summer season, we offer a variety of vacation activities for children, ensuring a memorable family vacation experience. Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that no pets accompany you during your visit. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.
