Feels bigger than what it is. My cons are not related to the unit at all. One of the elevators were out, which wasn’t that big of a deal. Other guest left trash out in garbage bags by the elevator instead of walking it to the trash chute. Again not that big of deal. Can’t expect property staff to know when people do things like that. . My biggest problem is the cigarette smoke. We could not enjoy the balcony at all during our stay because someone was constantly smoking. Like chain smoking. My daughter has bad asthma so not being able to be out there and enjoy that space was the worst part. We even went to inform the front desk people and were told if we couldn’t tell them who it was they couldn’t do anything about it. It got so bad that we tried to go downstairs to look up and “catch” who was on the balcony smoking. We were unsuccessful. ##### Rocksand M. There were two pools that were very clean and there were always lots of chairs available. This condo is beautiful, very clean and well kept. It has a PERFECT view of the breath taking white sugar sand beach and crystal blue water. The yards, pools & bbq areas in the complex were nice as well. The front desk staff was friendly. It’s in a great location with all of the touristy spots a few minutes down the road.
