The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6+ with a family style bench and ceiling fan. Relax in the living area in front of an electric fireplace to watch the 40” Smart TV with digital cable access and a Blue Ray player. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a 28” TV. The bathroom has been recently been updated with new cabinets. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 28” TV with a DVD player. It was clean, convenient, great location, and had great amenities, especially for those with kiddos! It was evident that the cleaning lady left in the beginning stages of cleaning, we promptly reported this to the front desk who told us she already left for the day. The front desk woman was kind enough to come provide us with a bed change, fresh towels, and some free condo perch to help. She also refunded our cleaning fee for the stay and set up to have housekeeping come by the next day. I lucky read prior reviews and took cleaning supplies and trash bags for our stay. The overall experience was ok. The unit is dated and could use a really good cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the location to the beach and the town. ##### Jana K. It was extremely nice with four small children being able to step out of the back patio and you were just steps away from the pool. The walk to the beach is not bad either. The condo was very nice the only thing I suggest is the cleaning people do a little bit better cleaning the floors. Our feet were black five minutes of being there. Also, the smaller bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. Overall though, would stay again! Mainly for the convenience. ##### Brett B.
