SunDestin Unit 1010 is a spacious, fully loaded one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. The fully appointed kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space, ideal for food preparation and serving hors devours, tropical drinks, and three-course meals. The whole crew can enjoy a movie or game on the flat-screen TV in the living room or catch a one-of-a-kind Florida sunset on the private balcony! Sleeping options are plentiful with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, and a king-sized bed in the private master suite, with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom. There’s no shortage of things to do in Destin and our centrally located resort is right in the middle of everything. From pontoon boat rentals to afternoon shopping, to local eateries, it’s all just minutes from property! Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. However, parking is limited and the overflow parking is across the street, a block away without any lighting in gravel; behind a closed down Chick-fil-A. Getting a cart to load and unload is a nightmare.The room itself had an old musty smell. The tub and one bathroom sink did not drain well with the tub filling up during a quick shower. The shower curtain fell numerous times in our 6 night stay. The carpet from the bedroom to the tile in the hallway had carpet nails exposed. The AC unit is on the balcony and makes it very cramped and hot/uncomfortable. A section of the mirror in the living room was missing with glue exposed on the wall. Be aware that you may NOT use a personal umbrella on the beach and will be required to rent one until 5:00PM if you want an umbrella. However, you can set up canopy and tents behind the rented ones, which seems ridiculous. Not sure what the difference is between a personal umbrella and canopy on the beach.
