SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use. Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience. Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street. SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly along the Gulf of Mexico, and in the center of everything Destin, FL has to offer, making it the ideal location for your next trip to the beach. Entering into a hallway, you’ll notice the master bedroom to the right. With a mounted flat-panel television and adjoining master bathroom, you’ll rest easy here after a long day of beach dwelling. Continuing down the hallway is a half bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area. Wainscotting along the parameter gives it a beachy feel as you prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen or lounge in the living room with flat-panel television and DVD player. After sharing a meal in the dining area, take dessert to the balcony and watch a truly breathtaking sunset directly over the Gulf of Mexico. This 1-bedroom unit has a master bathroom and a half bathroom. With a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area, you’ll have room to sleep up to four people comfortably. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. The outdoor pool under construction still the indoor pool was not that clean either. It was noisy due to under going major construction as well On the positive the server in the pelican restaurant was great - the beach service for chair rental was pricey but Joey and Dave were fantastic and the view was nice from the balcony. We came to celebrate our first anniversary on the ocean and chose this resort due to the many amenities and convenient location. The lobby was very clean and the folks at the concierge desk were polite and helpful. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and the view of the ocean was stunning. Despite the construction, SunDestin managed to be very lovely and inviting. We were impressed by the super friendly, helpful staff. Our condo was very clean, smelled fresh and is newly updated. Sitting on the balcony enjoying this beautiful view will melt all your troubles and stresses away. Only regret, we could just stay a short time. Planning to stay longer the next time. ##### Ira A E. Staff was kind, professional, & very helpfull. Security syaff was tge highlight of the facilty. Mrs Beth & her husband on the security team were AWSOME, friendly, professional, knowledgable & very helpful. We felt very safe because of their presence. Oct 18, 2022 #### Weekend Stay No hot water in the kitchen, and wasn't fixed in day and a half from when reported. Also, there is no place to put your clothes if you are staying longer than the few days we did.
