Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country! Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, new paint, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenties you could dream of for your time on the coast. We are continuing to update, so please check back for progress to make your time on the Emerald Coast more pleasurable! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new Queen sleeper sofa, and two twins in the guest room that connects to another full bathroom. Plenty of room for 6 people! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment! From your spacious 9th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of frolicking in the sun, grill a delicious steak and your local catch on one of the many resort grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. We also have a 1BR, 2BA condo within Pelican Beach Resort at VRBO 1386337.

Beach view condo had a beautiful view of the white sand beach. Two nice beach chairs in condo to take down to the beach. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.

Great time!

Check in/out was a breeze. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are several pools, which were great. We loved the tiki bar, which also offered food options so you don’t have to go back to your condo for lunch. We would definitely stay again!

The Resort was clean the room is identical to the pics shown online. Everything and more was available inside the condo. The communication was awesome with the owners. Definitely would stay again the view was amazing!

Great condo!

First condo that we’ve rented that I would come back to without hesitation. Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean and well stocked. Perfect location! Beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Will definitely come back!

Facility has a small indoor gym and indoor pool which were nice amenities to have on colder days. Perhaps due to rental volume, encourage deep cleaning of unit. Otherwise location was great, quick walk to beach & 2 pools.

Great location, perfect views and close to everything in Destin!

This resort is in an ideal location. It’s within a couple of miles groceries, restaurants, retail and entertainment. Located steps from the ocean, multiple pools (some heated), and hot tubs. The unit itself is large and updated. The balcony is the entire width of the condo with great views of the Gulf and facing the sunrise. A great family spot.

Perfect Relaxation

The condo is exactly like the pictures! We arrived and got settled in and loved the view of the beach. The resort has everything for a relaxing vacation, 3 pools, a short walk to the beach, and a tiki bar. The full size kitchen was great with meals and clean up was easy with the dishwasher. After a day at the beach coming up to relax on the balcony was amazing. Great place to stay and we will be back!

Great vacation condo

The condo was clean and comfortable and was just as it appeared in the pictures. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the owners. The sunrises from the balcony were beautiful. We even saw some dolphins in the water from the balcony! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. And the pools were nicely heated to enjoy in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

Condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Has everything you need including beach chairs. Very relaxing sitting on the Balcony in the evening after a day at the beach. Great view of the sun going down from the front of the condo. If we make another trip, this is the first place Ill check for availability.

Amazing Condo in perfect location!

What an amazing trip. Let’s start off with amazing communication from the owner. Quick to respond and wants to make your stay great!! The condo was perfect. Beds were super comfy, everything is up to date, all of the essentials you need already there. The property was in, possibly, the best location in Destin. Everything is so close, shopping, boardwalk, restaurants, activities. Beach is just a short walk out and you’re on the most beautiful beach!! Property is private and well kept. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Destin stay

The location of the property was in the middle of everything that you need. Check in was easy and convenient. The host communicated to let us know when the room was ready with all the instructions that was needed. The room was clean and tidy. Overall I had a great weekend where every morning I stood on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the ocean. 😁

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great stay in this condo! Clean and new. Keep in mind that you do have an ocean view but it's to the side so you see other buildings and the street as well. We saw that when looking at the pictures so it wasn't a huge surprise.The only issues we had was that two of the 5 elevators for the complex were not operational and seeing how it was spring break, there was a lot of waiting for the elevator.
