Gorgeous, spacious, renovated 12th-floor condo with floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico! This end unit has beautiful views to the South and West, allowing for sweeping sunset views. Beautiful kitchen featuring white shaker cabinets, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, separate bar area with icemaker, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-appointed and ready for the chef in your family. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen canopy bed, flatscreen TV, beautiful Gulf-front views and balcony access. Master en-suite bathroom has a luxurious marble walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Guest bedroom #2 includes a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV and views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Conveniently co-located near guest bedroom #2 is bathroom #2, which has a walk-in shower and natural stone countertops. Guest bedroom #3 is perfect for families, with a twin XL-over-queen bunk bed, additional twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV, beach views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom #3 with bathtub-shower combo and a double vanity. The dining room is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The living room has comfortable updated furnishings as well as a 60-inch flatscreen TV with Roku, Playstation 4, and Xbox One. The end-unit balcony is oversized, includes a dining table and comfortable seating, and provides direct-beachfront views both to the south and the west.

Emerald Towers is a gated, low-density, high-rise complex located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, right in the heart of Destin. Featuring a seasonally-heated beachside pool, tennis courts, fitness center with steam room and sauna, beachside showers, gas barbecue grills and a spacious sundeck. On the beach, a professional beach service offers beach umbrellas and chairs for rent, kayak and paddle board rentals, and snow cones. Plenty of parking, an onsite staffed front desk, onsite maintenance team and nightly security make Emerald Towers a favorite of guests and owners alike.

Truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. You can expect your needs to be anticipated while staying here. Easy check in, great communication, very clean (and my standards are high), lovely location, and view. We saw dolphins many times from the balcony. Hope to stay again soon!

Daughter’s Senior Trip w/Family!

We gave this property five stars, but my daughter said we would have given more if they were offered! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. My family has been going to Destin for most of my life when we go to the beach. This was absolutely the best place we stayed that is 3 bedroom. AND IT HAS 3 BATHROOMS! I went with my mother, brother and his wife, husband and 2.5 yr old. This was perfect for us. The condo looks just as listed, amazing views and super cute decor. We will definitely return!

This property was amazing! Great location of the private beach, close to stores, The Track, etc.. Nice pool for the kiddos. Kibbie, owner, was amazing to communicate with. QUICK responses. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Destin - July 2024

I have done a number of VRBO’s over the past four years and this one was the best. The location was fantastic and the rental itself had some of the best views ever. our party consisted of my wife, daughter and MIL, and given that she is getting up in age and it might be our last vacation together we surprised the MIL by flying in my son from Los Angeles. Everyone loved the place!!! Thanks for providing the facilities for a wonderful time!

Beautiful views, nice condo

This unit has definitely had some great improvements with renovations. The host provided many “bonus” items for our use that were very nice and not typically provided. View was amazing. The condo unit was easy to access, gated and a short walk right to the beach. It did not feel crowded like the mega condos do. We paid for our beach setup and loved that. Our main feedback would be regarding the true feasibility to comfortably sleep 8 adults/older children. The primary bedroom had a queen. The second room had a Murphy bed king size. The third room was designed to sleep 4 in a very small space one of the beds being a pull out where you’re basically on the floor and no way to walk around the room when it was in use. The top bunk was difficult to access with the dresser placement and not easy to access for our teenager of adult stature. The queen bottom bunk was against the wall and would be tight for two. There is no pull out couch as an alternative. I wouldn’t recommend planning to sleep 8 if most of the group are adults or older children.

The condo its shelf is nothing short of amazing! It has the most stunning views! It truly was breathtaking to wake up and see beautiful clear waters and white sandy beaches right at your “doorstep”. We came for the week of the 4th of July. We have been to PCB several times but have never been to Destin before and was so excited to see what it had to offer. This area was prefect! It’s a private beach so it’s not over crowded at all! We walked down the beach to a local restaurant that Kibbie recommended and was shocked by how crowded and the difference not even a half of mile down the beach was! It ever felt like that at Emerald Towers! Even with it being a holiday week with the parking lot full of cars it never felt that way. We never had to wait for the elevator, or a spot at the pool. There is a bathroom downstairs behind the pool area that we used often it was always so clean! Really the entire property was extremely clean! Every morning you would find staff swiping and mopping the hallways and elevators! (You could seriously smell the fresh cleanliness!) There is a rule about not being able to use your own umbrellas and needing to purchase the beach service in front of the condos that we weren’t made aware of until we arrived. However Kibbie was great about getting accommodations for us free of charge which we greatly appreciated! You are minutes away from everything here!

Absolute great property on the beach!!

This is a wonderful property in a great location and building! Kibbie was so helpful and accommodating to us! We arrived in Destin with a different property unaware it was under massive construction. I reached out to Kibbie, she responded to right away had her housekeeper stay late so we could check into her condo that night! The condo is just as advertised, clean, spacious and right on the beach perfect for us and the kids! We loved the smaller condo building, the pool and beach were never too crowded. Even a snowcone stand right out front!
