Tastefully decorated in calming natural hues, this delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo includes 2 King suites, a 2 double bedroom and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded Tempur-pedic mattress, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. Enjoy an open floor plan that’s perfect for being “together” without being crowded, and an updated and fully equipped kitchen. The Silver Shells Property has a beautifully manicured tropical landscape, an extra large lagoon style pool and easy beach access. Plus, it is located within walking distance of some delicious restaurants, one being the famous Back Porch featuring fresh seafood right on the beach. This popular beach condo will book fast so call or book online today, to get your reservation secured at St Maarten 1206! This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. Terrible customer service in that they seemed bothered with normal check-in questions. We asked if we could use the amenities (swimming pool) until our unit was ready and we were told a curt “no”. Another group we traveled with was allowed to use the amenities until their room was ready… they of course used a more reputable management group. The dish washer was broken and we had roaches in our unit and when we reported the insect issue, nothing was done about it. The beach view from this unit is fabulous. The private elevator provides quick transport between the beach and your home away from home in Destin. Don't miss the beachside SandBar for the absolute best snacks and cocktails. The staff is friendly and offer a great concierge service. The Spa at Silver Shells provides excellent massage service.
