It was very clean, the rental agent was responsive, close to the beach, and a great neighborhood. The only complaint was that I thought the separate "hot tub" in the backyard was a true hot tub that could be heated independently. It's actually just an extension of the pool. I guess the Hot Tub in the listing refers to the one at the neighborhood pool. Nonetheless, we were able to heat the whole pool so that it was plenty warm to swim in despite the cooler weather (which was great). It was close to the beach, although we drove as it was a bit longer of a walk than I would prefer if carrying a lot of beach gear. The beaches were beautiful. There were only 4 pool towels for our reservation of 5, so would recommend bringing your own. It was a great place to spend the week. ##### Rebecca H. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had so much fun at the house that we barely ventured out to explore the local attractions.My mom has difficulty with her knees, so it was wonderful that the pool had easy steps and a handrail, plus it was heated to the perfect temperature. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the few chilly days we had- both heated. The walk to the beach was short and we had tons of options for food all around us.
