Called on a Monday at 1pm to report guest bathroom toilet is broken. 48 hours later on Wednesday I call back to try and understand what the delay is...Oddly enough, the property manager was out getting the parts to fix the toilet...I would avoid this property Management Group if at all possible. Anytime we stay in a place with carpet we never feel it’s very clean. Some doors in the unit didn’t close easily. Kitchen pots and pans pretty beat up. No measuring spoons. Big shocker- after reviewing the charges that were riddled with fees, I found an additional $104 VRBO charge on my Visa statement! The fees were way more than the “nightly rate”! ##### Jan C.
