The room was clean and we thought it was nice. The first problem was the instructions weren't clear so it took us about 20 min to figure out where our room was and how to get to it. The second was our A/C was out for about a day and a half and it was about 83 degrees in our room. For what we paid per night we expect not to be without A/C in the middle of summer but we get things happen. The main thing is we told them without leaving a review first and all we got was pretty much "sorry". No reimbursement, discount, or anything. Kind of disappointing for what we paid.
