Location was perfection, on the beach, near a snorkeling spot where the water is shallow and still like a pool for young kids, restaurants were all nearby. Our only issues were the gates to the beach entrances had rusted and malfunctioning but were repaired during our visit. The living room furniture, dining/bar seats, and patio furniture have some wear and tear stains that need tending to. Of note, there are lots of stairs and the stairs to the beach are steep, so not for disabled or very out of shape people, and could be a bit dangerous for little kids.
