Arrive, forget your car keys & hop in our new (6) passenger golf cart to go admire the beach, private club house, grocery stores, restaurants and local attractions. For those in the group that prefer to keep active, enjoy (4) beach bikes or take a quick walk to the beach. The Destiny Yacht Club (private club house) generously offers a large seasonally heated pool with a cascading waterfall, hot tub which overlooks the walkway to the beach with onsite restrooms, showers, fitness center, tennis, pickleball & basketball.



Our well designed, spacious four bedroom, three bathroom private home with ten beds is perfect for couples and families. From the moment you walk in the door, the 1st floor open floor plan with tall windows and French doors surround the perimeter of the main area which includes the family room, dining room & kitchen. For those that are sensitive to stairs, the 1st floor offers a guest bedroom, laundry room and attached garage which makes it perfect for seasonal snowbirds or those recovering from a recent injury.



The living space is beautifully decorated with a large sofa, comfortable loveseat, armchair, large flat screen TV, breakfast or game table with seating for (4). It’s a great place to easily converse, play games, watch a movie or curl up with your favorite book. The dining room table has seating for (10), as well as counter seating for (4). The fully equipped kitchen features “Big Chill” appliances to include the retro turquoise blue refrigerator & dishwasher, stainless steel electric stove-top, oven & microwave, Dual Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and outside you will find a BBQ gas grill for your assigned Grill Master. The laundry room off the kitchen has a full-sized washer & dryer.



Bedrooms are located on each floor. The 1st floor Guest Bedroom has a white wooden king bed, TV, closet, an ensuite Jack-n-Jill bathroom that you can make private or share. The 2nd floor hosts two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite is spacious and dreamy, surrounded with white and natural wood floors, floor to ceiling windows and French doors, plantations shutters and blinds, a king bed with full-sized sleeper sofa, TV, ceiling fans, walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom with (2) vanities, large soaking tub, free-standing glass enclosed shower, and water closet with commode. The (2) sets of doors open to a private wrap around covered balcony with seating for (4) and is an incredible place to enjoy your cup of coffee or afternoon libations. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, large closet, covered balcony, ensuite bathroom with vanity, shower/tub combo & commode. The 3rd floor Crow’s Nest Bunk Room, sleeps (6) with 3 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds, tv, ceiling fan. The 360 degrees of windows in the Crow's Nest makes the most perfect place to escape, relax, read, watch a movie or soak in some Vitamin D on the sundeck.



The home & neighborhood is very accommodating for a large family, multiple families, or a group of friends and/or colleagues. Parking allows (1) car in the garage with (5) outdoor parking spots. As noted, the (6) passenger gas golf cart and (4) beach bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella are included in rental for you to enjoy. Sidewalks surround the peaceful & quiet neighborhood so both walking and biking is encouraged.
