    Enjoy lakefront living in this cozy coastal condo, located in Destiny Beach Villas. This vacation rental offers lakefront views and two balconies to enjoy lake or beach vistas. Cooking meals for everyone will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, and there is a shared outdoor pool right at this condo community.



    What's nearby:

    The white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast are just a short walk across the street. Grab a book and a towel and sink into the sugar sand and relax. There are also plenty of dining choices including The Crab Trap and other eateries just across the street. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only a short drive from this condo.

Fantastic location. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean when we arrived, there was some sand on the floor and left over take out in the fridge. Other than that great experience.

The Cody is small but sweet.

My experience with renting the property was easy and acceptable. I received updates frequently and was assisted via text on where the property was located.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was amazing. Steps away from the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. The lake balcony in the back was very serene. The unit could use a few more cooking pans and pot holders. Other than that, perfection with a priceless view!

A Honeymoon Better Than We Could Have Imagined

My wife and I rented Destiny Beach Villa #6A for our honeymoon. It was everything we could have imagined, definitely even better. The villa was very spacious for the two of us. We had excellent views of the ocean and the freshwater pond behind us. We also had close access to the beach, local restaurants, and all of the shopping places in the area. We are looking forward to our next trip to Destin soon!

Fantastic!

Exactly as advertised! Terrific location. The views from front and back are lovely! Clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. It gets very light in the bedroom so I would recommend eye mask and the kitchen is minimally stocked but it was doable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Short overnight stay

We stayed one night so we could be near the airport for a early flight. It was just what we needed. We had been staying in seaside and watercolor the week and 1/2 before. The unit was very clean and very quite. We had just the right amount of space. Very quiet at night!

I wish I could give you more than 5 stars for location

This is the third time we have stayed in Destiny Villa condos and 6a has been the best. If there was one thing I would change it would be that the chairs on the balcony were a taller chair. We liked sitting out front and we were eye level to the railing.

Super Clean & Excellent Views

Property is super clean which was my highest priority besides view of the ocean. With a stunning view of the lake added, one of my absolute all-time stays anywhere! The ocean view in front is spectacular, unobstructed, and so is the lake view out back. Bed was comfy and loved the clean and cozy extra blankets. Appreciated the detailed instructions for climate controls and TV’s. Did I mention soooo clean? It surely was! Together with the beachy, comfortable furniture and glorious views, I had an excellent visit in Destin!!

Great view and really quite/nice place

Everything about the property was great only issue being we showed up at 7pm on Sunday and realized we had no parking passes and the lot said they would tow without it so worried our car would get towed we called the Vacasa number asap they said they would get on it to get them to us, 2 days later someone finally showed up at our door knocked and left them under the corner of the welcome mat and ran away so wasn’t very pleased with that

Our stay was okay. The location to the beach was great. The only complaint we have is that it could have been a little cleaner and the thermostat had a setting that would make the condo go all the way to 77 degrees and it was on a timer before it would cool down. We also were not able to use the tv in the living room due to the previous people logging out of the account. We called and asked for this to be fixed and were told that there was no access to the email to be able to fix it. There was no way to contact the owner for this to be resolved.

Very nice stay

We loved the location of our unit. The location was great being near the public beach and overlooking the lake on the backside. The decor of the unit was delightful. The 3 star was due to the management company. We called the managing company to report that one of the TVs was not working properly. The representative said that we did not call the correct vrbo location and she couldn't help us. We didn't have another number. We also wanted to let them know that the toaster wasn't working and the lights at the toe kick went out to be helpful to the next renters.
