The first living room provides a large flat screen TV, ample seating with sofa and chairs and has an entry door leading to the fully-furnished balcony that overlooks the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also opens up to a six -seat dining room table, three individual barstools and a horseshoe kitchen with broad granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The second living room is similar with a large flat screen television, comfortable sofa and chairs and entry door to another fully-furnished patio that overlooks the beautiful sands and water. We had a great time. One hiccup, the wind came thru the living room and knocked one of the lamps on the floor. I was charged $400 to replace a lamp that could of easily been replaced by lamps from HomeGoods for $75\.
