Our condo just been been completely renovated with new flooring, new kitchen design, designer paint, new appliances and king mattress! You will absolutely love our new walk in shower with glass doors! It is one of only a few 'PLATINUM' rated units in the Crystal Sands complex. You will notice the difference the minute you open the front door. This 'IS NOT' your typical beach condo. No pink flamingos on lime green & yellow walls. You will find designer furnishings and brand new custom window treatments throughout our unit.

On your way down the hall you will notice 18' tile, crown molding and designer artwork in every room. The large living area features a matched over sized chair and sofa with a side chair and accent rug.

The kitchen features granite counters and a granite bar with custom bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water through the door and a glass top range and matching microwave.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with designer bedspread, pillow shams, and accent pillows. There is a TV and DVD for your enjoyment!

The master bath has a designer counter top and a brand new custom tiled shower!

You will enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming past. It is also a great location for the children to have lunch before heading back to the beach or pool.

You can't describe the view from this unit. The sugar white sand, emerald green water and activity on the water and the sun setting in the evening leaves one wishing they had more time to enjoy Crystal Sands.

Beginning March, 2018, the entire complex will be smoke free.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as you see on the listing. Clean, beautifully decorated, and the view/location of the beach were the highlight of the stay. Convenient and easy to get to and from the property with lots of places within walking distance. Donna was by far the kindest “host” we’ve ever had through VRBO. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was spot on great. Clean inside well maintained nice upgrades. The location is perfect for anything you may want to do or see. The whole neighborhood and area surrounding is clean and new. If you rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be staying there again!

Very nice property

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever encountered. Host was extremely responsive and helped us through one minor hiccup quickly during a holiday weekend. Beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrella included was a treat.

Great vacation and very nice, well maintained unit. Donna's communication in the process was awesome! The building is aged a bit with narrow walks outside room entrances, and we had some very noisy neighbors above us one night, but the staff took care of that issue. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this small little unit. It was perfect for 2 people, but I couldn’t be cramped in there with more than 2 (but that’s just me)! The property manager (Donna) was sooo helpful. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Great views and location. Easy access to the beach. Seems to have been recently been remodeled and is in very good condition. The pool is small and unimpressive. I couldn't get the TV in the main room to work - the setup is overly complex.

Our fav getaway

We love crystal sands. We have been coming here the past 3 years. The bed is very comfortable and we love the shower. The kitchen is very nice as well. We enjoy eating at the kitchen island. We got married there at crystal sands on October 12th. My bridesmaids and I were all able to get ready comfortably in the room.
