New king-size mattress in the bedroom. New balcony table & chair set, and updated decorations. The entire condo was painted in 2023\. \*\*\* \*\*\* Our resort has a new amenity! Gulf front zero-entry pool with expansive pool decking and a large outdoor spa. \*\*\* Fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Everything new!!! Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom backsplash Master Bathroom: Modern vanity, marble countertop, sea glass backsplash, European style vessel sink, and a waterfall faucet 2nd Bathroom: White porcelain vanity top, waterfall faucet, glass & marble mosaic backsplash All mattresses, pillows, towels, linens, blankets, comforter sets, floor mats, and rugs have been replaced. Bed capacity: (Sleeps 6) Master Suite: 1 King Size Bed with medium plush mattress Custom Built-in bunk bed: 2 Twin Size Beds Living Area: 1 Queen Size Sleeper Sofa Bed with cool gel Memory Foam mattress Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway. Master bathroom has a tub and the second bathroom has a nice roomy shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space. The kitchen is chef-ready with healthy ceramic and stainless steel pots & pans, blender, mixer, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. You could easily bake or cook your favorites if you would wish to enjoy the kitchen with a view. The 2-Way coffee maker is compatible with K-Cup pods (Keurig style) or regular grounds. The dining table seats 4, bar stools seat 2 additional. New 55" 4K UHD Smart LED TV in the living room and 48" LED TV in the bedroom. Complimentary access to movies, shows, and TV series on Amazon Prime Video, through the TVs both in the living room and the bedroom. Our condo has a keyless entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay. Two adult-size beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests, as an alternative to the rental beach setups offered by the beach service company. (Please note that the private umbrella & chairs are allowed only behind the rows of beach service rental setups, as part of the resort policies.) We offer a start-up supply of toilet paper, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towels. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor, right next to the elevators area. The condo was quiet and we had no issues. With that being said, I would suggest a cushion refresh or replacement of the sofa and chair. They have remodeled some things and it looked nice. Some other things could be remodeled to make it nicer. My daughter was frustrated with all the hairs all over her bed linens. I received so many emails that I had trouble finding the correct one with the instructions on how to unlock the door. We tried to call owner but no answer. I finally found the correct email. Loved the Tiki bar by the pool and that waitresses came to the rental chairs to take our order. The view from the 16th floor made up for any imperfections! ##### Brandy H. Condo was clean and all items were functional. Parking was easy and plentiful. One recommendation would be to plan your dinners well in advance and get reservations, if possible. Many of the restaurants near the condo were seriously understaffed and you would be luck my to get a 2 hour wait, if you get in at all. Enjoyed our time here and hope you do as well. ##### Thomas K. The unit was impeccably clean and contained everything one could need. Also, it is located on the 16th floor of the building and the views are incredible! This property was EXACTLY what my sister and I wanted for our weekend getaway! Beautiful views…we could see dolphins from our balcony!!! And the beach was very easy to access from the complex. The condo was clean with comfortable beds. There are lots of restaurants close by to choose from, and grocery store a block away. Sumer was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. I highly recommend this rental!! ##### Casey W. The view was awesome. I interacted with the owner of the property (Sumer) - All my questions were answered so quickly! I would definitely come back to this location for sure. The one negative to the property is that the main lobby could be 'freshened-up' a bit. Not trying to be picky as the actual condo where we stayed was perfect; just didn't care for the lobby area. Full disclosure: we were there during the July 4th weekend and it was super-packed. It is very well appointed with everything we needed. Having Netflix and Cox cable was a very nice benefit. The highlight for our stay was when there was significant sunshine, the emerald green waters in the Gulf were beautiful, plus the water was so clear one day, from the 16th floor balcony we could see the dolphins which were close to shore, in fact we could see them swimming through the water not just when they surfaced. ##### Dan M.
