We were first time visitors to Destin FL and to this property and unit. The Villa was perfect!!!! It was spotless and very roomy even when we had family visit and had 8 people in the unit. The beds are very comfortable and loved all the patio furniture as we spent most of our downtime out on the patio. Very close to everything, beach shops, restaurants etc. The units include 2 chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach every day with Villa # on them so that was very enjoyable. The value of the price was worth every Penny in our book because the beach in front of our building is private and monitored so it was only the folks staying in the building that could use this amazing beach!! We fell in love with Destin and the beach and would go back in a heartbeat!! The owner was very attentive and reached out personally before the trip and got to know us and why we were coming. The elevators were quick and it was a very short walk from the condo door to be on the beach. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were waiting for us every morning. The young man that sets them up is very friendly and accommodating. We saw lots of dolphins from the patio and enjoyed seeing the lifeguards come in each morning at the public beach access next door. The condo beach area is private, providing plenty of space and is very well kept. There is a cute little cafe (Camilleā€™s) just a block up where we could walk for morning coffee, lunch or a snack and drink. This is a great property with a safe and prime beachfront location! In the master bedroom is a dresser with a dozen drawers and 2 nightstands with large drawers. There is plenty of storage. The second bath has a showerhead on a hose, which is just what we have at home. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers, including a Keurig, very thoughtful.
