The 43 acre Sandpiper Cove Gated Resort offers all the amenities: There is also Fine Dining at the famous Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and Lounge on the canal. Free 9 Hole Golf Pitch & Putt Course, 5 Pools/3 Hot Tubs, 6 Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Marina, Canal Boat Docking, 1100 ft of private beaches & more. This Condo offers a Large Living/Dining Area, Open Kitchen with Island and Breakfast Bar for two. Master Bedroom is directly on the Gulf with balcony access. Washer/Dryer in unit. Located in Central Destin. Central to Destin Shopping and fun. The Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities are expansive in this vacation rental resort. Perfect Vacation Right on the Beach!

We loved this condo which directly faces the Gulf allowing us to enjoy dolphin watching every day! The balcony is a great place to enjoy coffee while watching tons of dolphin the morning playing right in front of you! During the day and early evening many dolphin tour boats came right by us to see them! The beach really is just steps away, the sand is so fluffy white it squeaks when you walk on it. The beach service was a huge plus. The condo itself is spacious and well taken care of. Clean and had plenty of everything you need for a week at the beach. Beds are comfy. Plenty of items like trash bags, TP, paper towels, etc were already there, so check in first before you purchase all of this for your stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Last minute get-a-way

You cannot beat the location of this property! The beaches weren’t overly crowded which was exactly what we were looking for when booking. The unit comes with beach service for two and was very roomy and clean. Master bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a bonus! Property owner was very communicative and gave us several great restaurants to try while we were there. Overall very happy, we will be back!

Truly on the beach

We loved staying here because it is directly on the beach making it perfect for a stay with little kids because it was very easy to go back and forth. It is also in a great location in town, close to everything!

Gulf Shore Drive is Amazing

This is our second time in Sand Piper Cove. The property was secure and clean. We love the Gulf Shore Drive location. You don’t ever need to get out on 98 to for anything. Winn Dixie is right across the road and there are great restaurants all around. If you are going to Destin this is the area to stay. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Best stay yet!

We’ve been staying at Sandpiper Cove for 18 years and have rented condos all over the property. This one is by far the best one yet and you can’t stay any closer to the ocean anywhere! The check in process was simple and the property owner was quick to respond to questions and even checked in on us mid-week during our stay just to see how things were going. I plan to book this condo again for next year. Excellence all the way around!

Awesome location & steps from the beach

The property was exactly as we expected . The view from our unit was awesome. The unit was just steps away from the most incredible fluffy white sand beach. Our host was in constant contact making sure we has everything we needed! We are looking forward to the next trip🌴

Spring Break Fun

It was our first trip to Destin and this condo was amazing! We saw dolphins just about every day from the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Danna was amazing with communication from the time we booked our trip until the very end. We made beautiful memories and would love to visit again and stay at this same condo someday!

Little slice of heaven

Location, location! We woke up on the very first day to an amazing view with dolphins playing right there in plain site. This trip was put off by covid for 2 years and I am so glad it was, cause it allowed us to find this gem. Right on the beach, huge patio to sit out and watch the sunrise every morning. Chairs saved on the beach for us everyday right in front of our unit. The house was super clean and had almost everything we needed to still have meals at home as far as utensils and baking items. The owners are amazing, so kind and very easy to communicate with. There was no need to travel with the amazing view we had here everyday. Woke up to the amazing sound of waves crashing and watched dolphins play. This was exactly the relaxation we needed after all of this covid stress. We would absolutely stay again! We had an incredibly hard time leaving. If you want to have an amazing view with awesome owners, definitely stay here!

Amazing View, Perfect Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was very comfortable and nice! We loved sitting out on the deck watching the dolphins and listening to the ocean. I was surprised you couldn't hear noise from the neighbors above and beside us. Danna was very quick to respond to messages and questions. I would highly recommend staying here. It was so perfect and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The owners are wonderful and really made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication before and during our trip. The condo is right on the beach and the views are amazing. We seen dolphins every morning while sitting on the deck. We also got to see a sea turtle one night while walking the beach. So many selections of restaurants around the area and the owners also provided a list of their favorite restaurants which helped a lot. The complex also offers a lot of different amenities which was awesome as well. We will definitely be rebooking this condo. Thanks again for sharing your happy place!!

Great Family get away right on the beach!

We had a great time in this property, which is right on the beach as we expected. Dana was so quick and helpful with all the questions we had during our stay. We loved the property and location and would definitely be on the list if we go back!

Best place on the beach!

If you're looking for the most beautiful view of the beach and gulf while staying in a very nice condo, this is the place for you! The location, view, access to the beach and condo amenities are the best. Simply walk down the stairs, cross over the boardwalk and you're on the beach to enjoy a great day. Need a break from the sun? You're only steps away to return to the air conditioned condo where you can continue to enjoy the view from the kitchen, living room or master bedroom. Or walk out onto the private deck and take a seat at the table to enjoy a snack. Communication with the owners was excellent. They truly cared that you enjoyed their home and the Destin area. We had no issues that needed resolved during out entire stay. If we vacation in Destin again, this will definitely be our home away from home.

Great Location

Love being on the beach and able to walk out the door onto sand. Good communication from owners. Though appliances and fixtures are a bit outdated everything works fine.
