The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, while the living room includes both queen and twin sleeper sofas, making the condo ideal for families, couples, and small groups.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private balcony, washer and dryer, and all in-unit amenities.

Other things to note
Beach Access: Just a 3–4 minute drive to public beach access off Scenic Hwy 98. Henderson Beach State Park is also nearby for a more natural beach experience.

Lake Access: The property includes a catch-and-release fishing lake. Please supervise children around water.

HOA Community: This is a quiet, family-friendly condo complex. Guests are expected to follow community rules and respect neighbors.

Sleeper Sofas: If sleeper sofas are used during your stay, we kindly ask that they be returned to their normal position before checkout.

Quartz Countertops: To help preserve our recently renovated kitchen, please avoid placing coolers, beach gear, luggage, or sandy items directly on the quartz countertops. Please use the provided trivets/hot pads when placing hot cookware on countertops.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter toilet paper and paper towels; guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. Bath towels and an iron and ironing board are provided. Please bring your own bath soap and personal toiletries.

Security: An exterior doorbell camera is installed at the front entry, facing outward toward the walkway. It is used for property security and delivery monitoring.

Arrival and house rules
Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is before 10 AM. Self check-in uses a smart lock. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. The primary renter must be at least 21. One dog up to 50 lb is allowed, subject to the pet fee and community rules. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Please avoid placing wet towels or swimsuits on upholstered furniture. Before checkout, return used sleeper sofas to their normal position, place used towels in the bathroom, load and start the dishwasher if used, dispose of trash, turn things off, and lock doors and windows.
