You can rent the full 3-Bedroom condo by booking Sterling Sands 214 or the Sterling Sands 214 - 2 bedroom option. This the 1 bedroom lock off studio has an amazing Gulf view and a private balcony. Stress-Free with luxury only begins to describe this studio condo at Sterling Sands in Destin, FL. You will immediately fall in love with the charm of this studio condo's charm and comfort. You will be welcomed by a cozy living space (with a twin sleeper sofa), a full kitchen, king sized bed and a spacious bathroom with both a jetted tub and walk in shower plus a 2 vanity areas. And the private balcony is just as perfect with a sunset facing view of the emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. While this rental does not come with private laundry, there are first-class services available within a mile at Destin's Total Laundry Services. We provide a full set of towels, wash cloths, hand towels and of course kitchen towels. If additional is needed during your stay, we will be glad to accommodate you upon request. Sterling Sands offers a community pool and spa deck, a grilling pavilion, a fitness room, a green space lawn for games and high-speed elevators. Welcome to your stress-free Florida family beach vacation. Guest will have to check-in with the on-site office. There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities. No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31\. While guests can purchase a rental of 2 chairs and an umbrella, we do not provide free rentals with the Sterling Sands 214 - 1 Bedroom rental. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. We planned on cooking meals and there was no oven and very little utensils. As far as the property, it was amazing. However the Sun, Sand &Sea Beach service lacked in hospitality. They were rude at best. Skylar was great, he was a hard worker. Augustine was very rude and not accommodating in any way. It cost us more to hang out on the beach everyday than it did for one nights stay. Our room did not come with beach chairs/umbrella, very disappointing.. ##### Melanie S. The unit fitted our needs perfectly. The Keurig coffee pot wasn’t working but there was another coffee pot that did. The water pressure in the shower was weak but may have been set that way.
