Delight in the 30ft x 15ft heated pool, outdoor dining, and luxury amenities such as the fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette. Rentals from March to October will enjoy a complimentary beach chair and umbrella set-up daily. Crystal Vista is located across from the world-famous Destin beach, where you are greeted by pristine sand bars and perfectly manicured sand each day. In the evening, host a beach bonfire or the wedding of your dreams! Starbucks, golf, spas, Whole Foods, award-winning dining, entertainment, and much more are less than a mile away. Walk out your back door to restaurants and shopping along the beach road! Relax in one of three living rooms designed to entertain on each level. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, free games, movies, smart TVs, and more for your enjoyment! The home has parking for up to four standard vehicles. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. Amazing location, just steps from the beach. The kids loved the large pool, and everyone had fun with the cornhole and Connect 4 outdoor games. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the inside was well equipped too. Great communication from the property management company that provided for a seamless check-in and carefree stay. Upon check in we went to the “6 chair beach setup” that was a factor in choosing this property. There are 2 chair vendors at the public beach entrance. We arranged with Alex, the vendor that claimed our address as his. We talked about where our setup up would be as we were there with a party of 60-70 people. He did inform us that there were only 2 chairs vs the 6 that were advertised. We paid for additional chair setups to make up for what we had planned for with our large party. The reviews stated 6 chairs as well as the diagram on the refrigerator located in the kitchen. The next day our party of 12 drag all of our stuff out to the beach to start our vacation, no Alex, no chairs. We asked the other vendor what to do. They directed us to a set of chairs that was not occupied. So we drag all of our stuff over there. Set everything up. Get situated. Within an hour a woman comes up to us in a RAGE, claiming that we were trespassing, in her chairs, she was calling the sheriff. So back to the guys that told us to sit there. Still telling us were we’re fine. I called the man I paid for the additional setups - no answer. So we stayed there. Then the sheriff come flying up threatening to put us in hand cuffs. And everyone around us is now the audience. Our small children crying & scared. Management will not answer. We were forced to move our stuff & pay for setups. I didn’t realize 3 umbrellas & 6 chairs were included at the barracuda beach entrance. I would add that to the listing . I think it said 2 chairs were included. I booked chairs & umbrellas with La Dolce Vita at Crystal Beach entrance bc we rented a golf cart to get to & from. I was able to cancel those chairs & umbrella’s & get a refund. We were so close to the beach we did not really need the golf cart. It it was fun to have. ##### Andrea P. Great location and outdoor area, only steps from the beach. My ONLY complaint (which I didn't want to reflect in the rating) is that I've never dealt with a rental property that is so strict with early check ins. When they say no early check in is allowed, there is absolutely zero exceptions, even if there is no one staying at the house the night prior. Maybe I was wrong to assume they could potentially accommodate even an hour early, but please do not book this house if you have guests coming in who want a place to stay before 4:00 pm. ##### Christine A. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots/pans - of ALL sizes, dishes, glassware/plastic cups. The private pool was HUGE, and the children/adults loved it. The house was perfect for us! If I had one complaint it would be with the beach service. We have been visiting Destin for 10 years for our family vacation and our biggest problem every year is beach related. A few years ago a lot of beach went private, so it is really nice that some homeowners provide a beach set up, 2 chairs/umbrella, and this property does. As we have a big family, 19, and lots of fair skinned/some redheads, we usually rent an extra set up, anywhere from $70 to $100 this year, and put our canopy up. Also, we rent back row, so as not to block anyones view. This year we were told no canopies were allowed, supposedly per request of the 2 property owners adjacent to the beach. We could walk a block or 2 to the public beach and put the canopy up. We rented near this private access and have done so for 4 years now, so with the little kids we can come back & forth easily. When you have 19 people 1 or even 2 set ups do not provide enough shade. We rented the extra set up, but some of the family just didn't come to the beach but twice as they couldn't handle the sun. This is something the homeowners probably have no control over, but they might be able to fight for some beach rights as Destin has SO MANY HOUSES to rent, & those homeowners are paying taxes, & bringing in a lot of revenue for the city. Just a suggestion for check in. You ask that we let you know when we are out of the house on Saturday so housekeeping can come in. It would be nice to have an e-mail or text that the house is ready for check in. Due to the distance people travel, it is not easy to predict arrival time, and sitting in the car in Florida temperatures is not an option. If available earlier it would be nice to know. In our case every house we have rented up to this one, they have notified us. Thanks for letting us make some great memories! ##### Janice M.
