Upon arrival the AC in my condo was out but it was fixed within 3 hours on a Saturday night and the owner was very nice and quick with replies to my messages.If you're trying to cook you may want to bring you a pot because there was only skillets. The location was a short walk to the public beach access and short drive to Publix, stores, and shopping. The only minor property issues we had was the sagging bed mattress and broken tv remote buttons.
