The central location allows you to experience all that Destin has to offer without needing a car! Crystal Beach Dream is prominently located in the community of Crystal Beach and is within walking distance of the Destin Commons mall, award-winning dining, Whole Foods, entertainment, and much more. The neighborhood pool is just a few steps away from the front door and is heated during the following weeks: March 1 to April 15th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. This home is located on Crystal Beach Drive, and the beach access is located at the end of the street. We know pets are family, and we welcome small dogs. Please contact us about fees and the policy for acceptable "fur babies" you wish to bring. There is a fenced area in the neighborhood for pets to be walked if necessary. This is located just a few steps from Crystal Beach Dream. Home Layout: Sleeps 9 First Floor: Parking pad with garage that can accommodate 3 vehicles | Queen Bedroom (sleeps 2) | Bathroom with a tub in the hallway next to the Queen Bedroom | Laundry Room | Bedroom with Twin Over Queen Bunk Bed (sleeps 3). Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Bathroom with tub (sleeps 2) | Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2) | Kitchen and Balcony looking out to the pool | Half Bath near the living room. This home does not have an outdoor grill. Parking - 3 vehicles may park at the home. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses or trailers are permitted—no street parking. No vehicles can block the sidewalk or the city will ticket the vehicle. 4 beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach. \*Check-In - 4 PM \*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Crystal Beach Dream contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase more if needed. Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. We offer discounted prices for local attractions, bicycles, and golf cart rentals. Full details are provided in a welcome email that outlines all available options. Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund. options available. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Joel R. 22 juill. 2024 #### Great Condo in a Wonderful Location We were very impressed with the condo -- particularly how quiet the neighborhood is and how free of all the traffic that tends to be so ever-present in the Destin area. While the beach is a bit of a walk, the accessibility of public beach access is a huge plus. If you want to get a spot early, you can park at one of the nearby public beach access points and avoid that walk. The condo is comfortable and well-apportioned. We couldn't find a grill (there is none) or the beach chairs (in the garage inside the closet). When contacted the local property manager, they responded quickly and resolved the issue. Big plus! One suggestion is to buy some new non-stick pans for cooking. The surfaces of both the small and larger non-stick pans in the condo are very degraded. Therefore, a lot of material sticks to the pans and must be cleaned, which is almost impossible to do given the amount of residue on the pans. This also a health issue since non-stick pans should be replaced every year or so due to their coating being a suspected carcinogen. I'm always surprised that people keep these pans so long after they have obviously lost their non-stick properties and no longer function as they should. ##### Joel R. Everything worked well. We appreciated the wagon and the 4 beach chairs! Didn’t have to bring our own. It’s not a bad walk to the beach. The well-equipped kitchen and abundance of fresh towels made our stay comfortable and convenient. Plus, being just minutes away from the beautiful beach allowed us to enjoy the stunning coastline effortlessly. Renting an eco-friendly golf cart from Gary Golf Carts added an extra element of fun to our exploration of the area. What made our experience truly special was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the neighbors. The peaceful nights ensured we had restful sleep and woke up ready for new adventures each day. Moreover, the property's location right across the street from Destin Commons was a pleasant surprise, providing us with easy access to shopping and dining options. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of dishes, wine glasses, crockpot, etc. The 2nd level deck was a nice place to drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The A/C worked great, This property was in close walking distance to a beautiful beach. We appreciated the wagon with the four chairs. You can easily rent an umbrella for the day on Crystal Beach. The master bedroom was large with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. A few minor suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan in the third bedroom with the bunks for air circulation. Also instructions for the cable/tv remotes. It took me a little bit to figure out. The wifi worked great. I appreciated the fact that the property was dog friendly. If driving usually need to be at beach by 9am. Or use the Passport app and pay $5 for 5hrs.The pool is not heated but warmed quickly. Renting a golf cart woulve been more fun. Driving not really option for parking at beach. All necessary shop/food stores across street/hwy. Complex is super clean. Very pet friendly but animal quiet. Maybe hd one resident playing loud music but no big. Rental has bedrooms downstairs so if you have you g kids, may be uncomfy w that since there are doors outside to those rooms.
