DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO WORKING ELEVATOR SO YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM THE CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. A Destin beach condo’s guestbook can reveal a lot about what a vacation rental truly offers its temporary family. Perusing the comments of 302 reveals what your eyes already tell you- this is a place to make memories, to really feel comfortable and to get peacefully lost in the sunsets and sunrises over the glorious Gulf of Mexico each day. Visitors never tire of spending their days lounging uninterrupted on the white sand below via deeded beach access for Emerald Dunes guests, relaxing at the pool and spa deck and taking in the Gulf views that never tire from the private balcony. Set directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast, the interior is as welcoming as Destin sand is soft. Upgrades include custom tilework and plank wood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms. In fact, the primary suite’s bathroom truly impresses with double vanities decked in unique granite slabs and an open glass shower measuring nine feet in length. Apart from a coveted location directly on the beach, Emerald Dunes is also in the heart of lots of great Destin amenities. The popular Destin Commons, Hurricane Lanes and plenty of restaurants and shops are all very close by- several within walking distance! GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking / biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille's, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a 100% SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. The location is excellent and view is amazing. My only complaint would be the furniture could use an upgrade in the living area and do bunk beds instead of a single bed in one of the bedrooms. One of the spare bedrooms could also use more storage for clothes. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this unit! ##### Adam S.
