Set directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast, the interior is as welcoming as Destin sand is soft. Upgrades include custom tilework and plank wood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms. In fact, the primary suite’s bathroom truly impresses with double vanities decked in unique granite slabs and an open glass shower measuring nine feet in length.

Apart from a coveted location directly on the beach, Emerald Dunes is also in the heart of lots of great Destin amenities. The popular Destin Commons, Hurricane Lanes and plenty of restaurants and shops are all very close by- several within walking distance!

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking / biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille's, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
