It is in a very convenient location. There are many restaurants close by and stores where you can buy all you need. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach which was very helpful. The condo is located right next to one of the public pools available which was great. We were never bothered by noise or anything like that. The condo itself was very clean and everything was working properly. I did see previous reviews about problems with the sliding door, but we had no problems with it at all. Check-in was smooth and quick and having someone at the gate 24/7 was a bonus. A map was also included to help you find things within the community which really helps with the checking in and checking out process. Would definitely stay at this location again. ##### Erika R. Easy access to walk across the street to a pretty much dedicated beach. Our unit was on the pool and VERY close to the Harbor. This was great. We took a water taxi to HarborWalk village. The unit itself needs a little attention. The blinds on the sliding door and the living room windows were broken and missing pieces and the sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. It could also use some additions to the bowls, etc in the kitchen. On a good note, the Modular sofa is AMAZING! If needed 2-3 adults/teenagers could Sleep on it and 3-4 teens/kids. ##### Sara S. The walk to the beach only took about 10 min to get there. We rented chairs when we got there. There is a bar with snacks. There is also a nice restaurant we could walk to.
