Sitting on the fifteenth floor, East 1502 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1502’s upgraded features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation. This is located on the fifteenth floor. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31\. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you. The AC never got the unit down below 75 degrees, the master BR fan light started coming on in the middle of the night making it unable to run the fan in an attempt to cool the bedroom, the brittle firmness (I exercise every morning and for some reason did not bring my yoga mat) and worn look of the carpet indicates replacement is past due, the master BR mattress has lumps and pockets, guest bath sink drained very slowly and the commode flush lever had to be held down to completely flush toilet. We've been coming to SBT for 12 to 14 years and will continue to do so but will not be renting this one. ##### Jack D. We spent an hour watching dolphins from our balcony one evening. Silver Beach Towers & Compass Resorts: \*This was our 3rd stay at Silver Beach Towers. \*The elevators are very efficient - you never wait long and you rarely share one with other people. \*The stop light at the parking lot entrance makes it very convenient, no matter which direction you need to travel when exiting. \*The staff is amazing - seriously, everyone we encountered doing maintenance, yard work, or assisting us with beach service was incredibly friendly and professional.
