The owner (Laura) was always very responsive and even inquired mid stay to see how things were going. The condo was very clean and while we didn’t cook during our stay we saw that the kitchen was well provisioned. What was especially surprising for me was that the condo was so quiet. We had people next to and above us but never heard them. And while the bedroom was near the front door we never heard anyone running or talking late at night. The balcony view was exceptional and allowed us to actually see the sun rise and sun set from the condo. I highly recommend this rental! ##### John F. The condo was very modern. The high chairs on the balcony made it great for early morning dolphin watching. Appreciated the books for our toddler! Overall nothing I can say bad about this condo and the owners. Loved the zero entry pool and tiki bar. The only thing that might make us not come back would be the beach rules. They force you into buying your own chair or you have to set up way back on the beach where you can’t be right on the ocean. It was sad having to see families move with their toddler just because they wanted to be close to the water. That alone will not make us come back but from the condo perspective couldn’t have asked for a better place! ##### Ashley S.
