This condo is ON THE BEACH - AMAZING VIEWS!!

Updated 10th floor condo sits right on beach! Gorgeous full view of the Gulf where you can see dolphins from our balcony. Beautiful updated beach decor.

Very clean!

Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many seafood and family friendly restaurants! Retail shops, Silver Sands shopping outlet mall, & movie theaters.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with DVD. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Non-smoking only - strictly enforced.

This was the perfect getaway for my 50th birthday! The condo was beautiful and super clean. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for a better long weekend away and our host, Laura was super accommodating! We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was perfect! We can't imagine staying anyplace else on our next visit to Destin. Laura makes sure you are 100% comfortable and informed. The unit is extremely clean and perfectly located. The resort has excellent security 24/7. The view is unmatched! This is where you want to stay.

The whole experience was 5 star! The owner (Laura) was always very responsive and even inquired mid stay to see how things were going. The condo was very clean and while we didn’t cook during our stay we saw that the kitchen was well provisioned. What was especially surprising for me was that the condo was so quiet. We had people next to and above us but never heard them. And while the bedroom was near the front door we never heard anyone running or talking late at night. The balcony view was exceptional and allowed us to actually see the sun rise and sun set from the condo. I highly recommend this rental!

This was our first visit to Destin. We were celebrating our anniversary. This condo was everything we hoped it would be. The layout is perfect and the style is classy and inviting. Everything was so clean We loved the ocean view! The location is so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The resort is beautiful, and has a great view of the ocean! The pools are amazing and we loved the cafe and tiki bar! We are hoping to return to Destin at some point, and this condo will be our first choice.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great too. The tiki bar/cafe (with ocean side service) was a life saver. Loved the property! The condo was very modern. The high chairs on the balcony made it great for early morning dolphin watching. Appreciated the books for our toddler! Overall nothing I can say bad about this condo and the owners. Loved the zero entry pool and tiki bar. The only thing that might make us not come back would be the beach rules. They force you into buying your own chair or you have to set up way back on the beach where you can’t be right on the ocean. It was sad having to see families move with their toddler just because they wanted to be close to the water. That alone will not make us come back but from the condo perspective couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Nice to be back

The condo was lovely and had an incredible view. Stocked with games and books for kids, but us olds played Uno on the rainy nights. Close to everything and nice staff.
