Check in I had to fill out info that I had already provided to the listing company, apparently there's a new relationship, local mgr said they'll get that straightened out. Left the Crystal Inn folks with three concerns I had, TV how to use, apprently was in our "pckg" but I didn't recall seeing it, loud fan in front upstairs bedrrom bath, needs oil, coffee pots seemed to have old strainer with no "button" and we had pulled the "pot" and coffee kept coming out. ##### charles d.
