Renovation just completed to this is a Two story Town home unit 44 with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bedroom faces south and has a King and a new washer and dryer in the closet! Guest bedroom has double beds and bunk beds which have a twin on top and double on bottom. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and will sleep 9 people. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. There is also a long breakfast bar with stools. First floor has tile and second floor has carpet. The view that this unit offers is spectacular. Down the middle of the property overlooking pool, courtyard and gulf. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from two different balconies overlooking property. A short 75 yard walk to beach through a manicured courtyard and you will be playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located to the pool, game room, coin laundry, and BBQ grills. Unit sleeps 8 Non Smoking Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks. Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge! Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!). Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key. Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes: • Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard • Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities.
