Feel your stress disappear as soon as you open the door to unit 2123 in Sandpiper Cove. The unit had been remodeled offering a huge balcony with amazing views of the Emerald green waters, white sparkling sands and beautiful furniture seating to enjoy the Destin breeze. The condo is on second floor (no elevator) and offers space for a family/friends of 6 (if with kids) or 5 adults to stay comfortably and two parking spaces. This unit has been converted into a 1 1/2 bedrooms but at a lower rate than a regular two bedroom condo. Open concept living room with spacious kitchen offering plenty of granite counter top space and all supplies needed for your meals. Living area offers plenty of seating area where the couch folds out to a queen sofa sleeper. A cute dining area is also provided in the living space. The small guest converted bedroom has twin bunk beds and wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, spacious dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful view. Two bathrooms. Both with walk-in shower. This condo also offers a washer and dryer and internet and TV cable. Doorbell camera next to the front porch's door. That is the only camera present at the property.
Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort located on the heart of Destin, where you can find excellent restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, lots of fantastic golf courses and also Destin's harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet skis rentals, dauphins and sunset cruises, deep sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, and many other activities.
Sandpiper Cove features a private beach, a beach bar and café, 5 swimming pools (2 heated ones), 9 hole par 3 golf course, hot tub/spa whirlpool, tennis courts, Event Center, Boat docking (please check SPC website for docking request), canal, marina and the Louisiana Lagniappe, a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Harbor with amazing sunsets, on site.

This property was accurate to the pictures and was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. It was close to the beach with our own beach walkway, beautiful view and the host replied within hours if we needed anything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Definitely will be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we were looking for plus a beautiful view! The backpack chairs were super handy to carry down to the beach and enjoy our time in the sand. Highly recommend this property and hope to re-visit soon!

Loved everything about our visit here. Perfect location with easy access to restaurants and stores, many places walkable and the beach was so accessible! Host was most accommodating, always responded immediately to any questions. Accommodations were excellent - great supply of all amenities from cooking and dining needs to towels and toiletries! What a great trip! This place has it all- clean, comfy, location, incredible beach view and access. We stayed for 10 days and loved it. The photos are exactly what you get to enjoy when you arrive. Our favorite was coffee on the deck and happy hour at sunset on the beach. Short distance to fun restaurants and shopping. We even enjoyed a couple day trips to Pensacola and 30A. We are already thinking ahead to our next trip and would love to stay here.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and just a few steps from the beach. The host was amazing and always available. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and two young children. They absolutely loved the bunk beds! The unit was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach front condo. The back deck is huge and provides amazing views of the Gulf. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We will stay here again and highly recommend! Location of the complex to all things Destin is perfect!

This property is in a great location and the perks (private beach, beach chair/umbrella setup) were exactly what me and my family (3 young kids) needed for a relaxing getaway. Myrian was so easy to communicate with and made the entire stay stress free. The beach is right outside the patio and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

You will not go wrong renting Holiday Isle in Destin, FL! The condo is in a great location right at the beach. The condo is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large deck overlooking the beach. We also like to walk and the surrounding streets around the complex and outside it were really nice. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had during our 2 week stay.

If you want to be on the sand in 10 seconds, this is your place! Beach service every day, pickleball courts right here, the world's smallest par 3 golf course free to play, and a host that respond so quickly you are never without an answer for anything. My family has a great time and was only a minute away from the main road to go do all the rest of destin also. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beach condo.

My husband & I spent 8 wonderful nights in this lovely condo. We’ve stayed twice before at Sandpiper Cove in some very nice condos, but this is our new favorite. The condo was beautiful, clean, & well stocked. The owner was quick to respond with an answer when we had a question. The location of the condo affords a great view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this condo for a few years. The new owners have made some fantastic updates! Super attentive with questions prior to trip and during. The view is always amazing from the patio and the new furniture was great for us all to hang out after a day at the beach. We WILL be back!!

This was a great place to stay right on the beach and loved that it included beach chairs on the beach and extra to carry down. The Mr. Coffee pot needs to be replaced; it took forever to barely make any coffee. The Keurig worked fine. Condo had everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic stay at this property. We walked in the door and the host left us a dozen roses, gift cert to local restaurant and wine! Perfection!! We were so surprised and loved the wonderful gifts! Next, the balcony was amazing with all of the seating and view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on this deck in the am and pm, after on the beach time. Truly one of the best decks in Destin - and I am very picky! The property was very clean, updated with all current amenities and tastefully decorated. The host was always available if we needed anything and quick to respond. This was perfect for 2 adults and would be great for a family of 4!! We would 100% stay in this property again, should our travels bring us back to Destin! Total package and 10/10!
