Breath Taking is a fitting name for the views you will enjoy from our beautiful beaches located just across the street from Chateau La Mer.

Welcome to Unit #1403. There is so much to love here. This is a second floor unit that offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located just a short 4 minute walk to the private beach access.

This unit is located across from the pool, BBQ area and the playground you don't travel far no matter what amenity you decide to enjoy. Vaulted ceilings and private balcony.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice condo. It had everything we needed. It was spacious and a decent location to the beach. The condo was so close to the pool and very easy to access. The neighborhood was quiet and kid friendly. The living room was comfortable and had plenty of seating for all of us. The only thing that wasn’t great were the beds. They were extra firm. If you like firm mattresses though it’s perfect for you. I would recommend this unit.
