Destiny Villa is a refreshing and luxurious vacation home located in the most exclusive community in Destin Florida, “Destiny by The Sea”. Destiny Villa is a 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath 5050 sq ft+-, 3 story luxurious home. Ocean views and luxurious amenities make this property a perfect place to stay during your vacation.

This home has a spectacular ocean views, with the beach access only a few steps away. The Destiny by The Sea community pool and hot tub are centrally located. All located in the gated community and under 2 mins from our home. The convenience and security will put your mind at ease throughout your stay.

You will have access to the golf cart to cruise around Destiny By the Sea and nearby restaurants. The home comes with an elevator to all 3 floors, 7 large flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom is set up with a flat screen and DVD player, full baths and walkout balcony areas. There are 2 living room areas, eat in kitchen, 3 refrigerators in the home. The main living area leads to an outdoor sitting area. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking tools. A ice maker is located in the garage to fill up the cooler for days at the beach or pool. Refrigerator on ground level to hold beach snacks and drinks for easy access for your group! Propane grill in garage for outdoor cooking.

The open floor plan, allows for large groups to spend time all together for dinner, playing games or watching movies.

Loved the house and location

This house was awesome for my family of 8 adults and 5 children. It had a large kitchen and eating area and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location to the beach and pool were great. We also had access to plenty of beach toys for the kids and a golf cart for the adults. I would easily have given this house five stars if it weren’t for one small detail. It lacked a few typical VRBO amenities that were a bit head scratching. For one, it is a beach house, so we were either at the beach or pool almost everyday. There were no beach towels available to use. Secondly, they had a great kitchen but no spices, salt, pepper, nothing. We had to buy everything. It also lacked in paper products. Saying all that, I certainly would stay here again someday, but will be better prepared next time.

Family Vaca

The house was wonderful! We loved having the golf cart for short trips and just cruising around. Plenty of room for 14 adults, with each bedroom having a full bath. Nice working ice machine, and plenty of fridge space. Plenty of sitting room in the living room and for dinner. Very safe community and easy short walk to the beach. Our third year in this neighborhood, and every house we have stayed in has been gorgeous but this one was our favorite so far.

Exceeded our expectation!!

What an extraordinary home! This is one where the pictures did not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated yet had such a comfy beachy feel. Every bedroom was lovely with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. If you are cooking, and we did the kitchen is amazing and so spacious with everything you need! We had one very minor issue but Kendra the owner was very prompt and resolved this issue immediately. The proximity to the pool and beach was very close and the neighborhood is just lovely! We can’t wait to return to this gem of a home!

We enjoyed our stay at Destiny by the Sea. Short walk to the beach, you can call ahead and reserve umbrella/chairs at the beach. Kitchen has lots of dishes/pots/pans. The Keurig went out and the owner had a new one sent over the same day. Very nice! Beautiful homes in the addition with a golf cart that is so quiet. The addition is also close to many restaurants and stores. We had three families total of 10 and had plenty of room. Master bedroom on the third floor was so nice with a big open shower. Check in is at 4:00 but we did have to wait til 4:30 to get into house as housekeepers were not done yet.

Family vacation

Beautiful house at an easy walk to the beach . Plenty of room for our 3 generation household. Great to have 3 bedrooms with king beds. We were disappointed the golf cart was not available as advertised but everything else was as described. Owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Probably the best house / owner we have had for our vacations.

Absolutely wonderful vacation

We were in Destin for our youngest daughter’s wedding at Hilton Sandestin and then we moved to the beach house. Love the gated neighborhood and short 3 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful home and easy access to 98 for groceries and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Kendra was very responsive when needed.

Family vacay

The house was phenomenal. It was perfect for our big family of 14. Plenty of room to spread out and a quick short walk to the beach. We absolutely LOVED the neighborhood. Great for all ages. Close to many great restaurants. The only thing we didn’t necessarily like was parking availability. Listed for 3 spaces but it was very tight. Other than that, great house! We plan to be back!

The location was perfect ! The golf cart added a nice addition. We had plenty of space for our big family . The Keurig machine didn't work but they had a regular coffee machine there also . Overall was a wonderful place to stay !
