  • Take the elevator to this third-floor end unit condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! This very tastefully designed condo will make you feel very pampered. You have 920 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile & luxury plank flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Corian counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This unit also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

All about the beach

The location is amazing! Million dollar view, short walk to The Back Porch and The Track. The beach is perfect and having the daily chair setup is so wonderful. The condo has new appliances and some attempted upgrades. Cleanliness was a real problem so we purchased a wet swifter and some clorox wipes and got to work.

This beach front condo was exactly what I was looking for. My room was ready early, very clean, and it had everything needed for a great stay. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of linens, a lot of plates and silverware, and the balcony view was gorgeous! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The only issue was the construction being completed on the outside of the building beside of our condo, but they were respectful to the times when they were making noise working. I highly recommend this condo!
