Unit #1106 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building. This is a gated community directly on the beach, no roads to cross. Reserved, covered parking space for your convenience. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Enjoy watching the dolphins from your balcony with provided binoculars! This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere. Beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen & both bathrooms. Travertine flooring in kitchen/dining/living room/baths. Extra full size refrigerator located in the laundry room with ice maker. Both bathrooms remodeled with new cabinets/granite counter tops, bathtub/shower combination, rain shower heads with separate handheld, single vanity. 46 inch cable TV in living room with Blu-ray disc player and Yamaha CD Disc Player, 40 inch cable TV in master bedroom with Blu-ray disc player & 26 inch cable TV with Blu-ray disc player in second bedroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Blackout drapes in master bedroom has king size bed and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have carpet and very large area rug in living room. Second bedroom has 2 queen sizes beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with all large appliances (2 full size refrigerators, glass top oven, above range microwave, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer) and all small appliances that you will need (blender, toaster, regular 12 cup coffee brewer, Keurig K-Cup brewer, coffee grinder, hand held mixer, etc.) All linens, blankets, towels provided. Bathrooms include hairdryers - no need to pack. Covered parking for this unit. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Plenty of room to spread out as a family. The kitchen was a great setup. Large, well laid out, and well stocked. The laundry room and extra fridge were nice bonuses too. It was also close to most of the offsite activities like fishing, boat rides, water park and restaurants. Not too much of an inconvience, but one elevator was malfunctioning on 3 different days. Perfect location on the beach and close to anything we needed. Only downfall is the challenge of entering and exiting the property off 98\. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge! The covered parking was awesome. The chair service and pool were great! The extra fridge was so convenient! The spare bathroom is separated so someone can shower in one room and another can use vanity and sink,that was perfect for two teen girls. The furniture was very comfortable. Being on the 11th floor was actually pretty nice! We could see lots of dolphins right from the balcony. The showers/tubs are very modern and nice. The master bathroom tub is very deep but there is a safety rail if you need help getting in or out. This was our 6th VRBO and definitely the nicest we have stayed at. Unfortunately the dryer was not working after we washed our clothes and the clothes ended up smelling horrible because they couldn’t get dry, and some of the dishes had to be washed again. We also could not get the TV in the main bedroom and living room to work so there wasn’t much TV watching at night. Overall if these things were changed or different we would definitely be staying here again. The location on the 11th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean! ##### Stephen L. I came with my family of 6! 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of space and the beds were the perfect size! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed such as restaurants and grocery stores were incredibly close by which was super convenient. The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking!
