This 2-story vacation townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 8 guests. There’s a master bedroom with a queen bed plus a twin daybed and trundle, a guest bedroom with queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home features a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with views of the Destin Harbor or relax on the private back deck. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.  
  
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Location is wonderful, but the place simply wasn’t very clean. Floors were sticky, found roaches in multiple rooms, and had to leave the property half way through our stay and find a hotel. Property management refunded my cleaning fee but did not credit me for the nights remaining after I left.

Needs a good cleaning, floors were nasty. Furniture was heavily stained. Fridge/freezer didn’t work, had to bring in a used one…13 hours later, our food went bad. The air didn’t work, took 20 hours to get it fixed, it was 88° in the unit. The short walk to the public beach is actually a quarter mile across the dunes, and we couldn’t use the area, we were told it was private for a beach club that the guests were boated in. OKAY. More walking to set up. Someone called and said my car was towed, that it was $87 to get out. Packed up and walked back, it indeed wasn’t my car! I appreciate that they fixed everything but, somehow the ball was dropped and we suffered the consequences.

#### Overall Really Great Stay, But Not The Cleanest

Loved the big open rooms upstairs and the outdoor decks on both sides with views of the dunes and the harbor. Exactly as pictured, and had a great stay overall. The only downside was the level of clean, comfort, and care put into the place. There was still sand when we arrived, and the bottom of our feet were dirty from walking around after check in. Came across some clumps of hair left on the towels from the dryer, which also were a little stiff and thin. Toilet paper too. The blinds were all a bit wonky, and the handle to the sliding glass door was lying on a table outside. Nothing that couldn’t be overlooked, but if feeling clean and cozy is important to you, not the most ideal choice.

Property was fine for our group of seven. Could use some minor updates but overall very satisfied. Parking was inconvenient, but we did know it was going to be a problem because we had 3 cars.

#### Great Getaway!

Our unit had a great view of the harbor from the living room and front/back decks. Overall, it was nice and suited our needs for a long weekend- getaway. Location is close to beach and shops. I would stay there again!
