Prepare to be absolutely AMAZED as you take in the breathtaking beach views and mesmerizing sunsets from Unit 723’s living area windows, and the balcony. Wake up early to take in the sunrises from just outside the front door. This is a west-facing top floor penthouse “second from end” unit which is considered the VERY BEST beach and jetties views in the complex. You will be mesmerized watching the dolphins “surfing” the waves, the boats going in and out of the harbor, and other interesting marine life from your unrivaled, completely unobstructed view. If you sit on the balcony for a bit, you will love seeing the flocks of pelicans soaring by so close you can see their eyes, or possibly osprey with a fish in their talons.  
  
This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers an open floor plan featuring upscale coastal furnishings, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.  
  
Step into the newly updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals and eat at home. The kitchen includes a traditional 12-cup coffeemaker plus the more modern Keurig machine for your convenience. The dining area boasts seating for 4 at the table plus 3 counter stools. Additionally, you’ll love the dry bar with a wine/beverage cooler plus plenty of cabinet space to store some groceries and supplies during your stay.  
  
Relax in the primary bedroom, furnished with a king-sized bed and offering stunning Gulf views. The custom en-suite bathroom features an updated vanity and tiled walk-in shower.  
The spacious second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, as well as, a large closet with an extra small beach umbrella with 2 beach chairs. The updated guest bathroom features a large soaking tub/shower combo.  
  
For early risers, witness "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village" deep-sea fishing fleet departing daily through Destin’s East Pass, a sight not to be missed.  
  
The HSRC condominium complex offers an array of amenities, including  
o Gated entry (1 unreserved parking place allowed per unit)  
o a full-time friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable on-site manager, maintenance staff, night-time security  
o seasonally heated pool with comfortable chairs for lounging or tables/chairs with shading umbrellas  
o 2 tennis/pickleball courts (free equipment available if needed)  
o 2 charcoal grilling areas with multiple pits cleaned daily  
o shuffleboard  
o corn hole set (ask at desk)  
o fitness center  
o saunas (located in men and women’s lobby bathrooms)  
o coin or credit card operated laundry centers on the 4th and 6th floors,  
o complimentary linen/bath towel exchange twice weekly on the 3rd floor  
  
But here’s the best part… 300 feet of private beach, one of the largest on Holiday Isle! No hotels or high-rise condos are allowed in this area making our area feel more private and much less crowded! Plus, enjoy complimentary beach service (March 1 - Oct 31), providing 2 chairs and 1 umbrella daily.  
  
For convenience, open-air stairs are just outside the door, offering direct access to the beach and parking lot. Once you experience the comfort and beauty of Unit 723, you'll find it hard to leave and insist on this unit for future visits! Please note, this unit (including the balcony), and entire complex is non-smoking ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all guests. There is a designated smoking area with seating provided in the front of the building. NO PETS are allowed for rental guests.  
  
3 night minimum year round.  
  
Currently, this unit is not available for the monthly snowbird winter program.
