The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. **Your holiday house** **Your mountain cottage** consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 250 sqm and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your mountain cottage can be heated with electric heating and central heating. The entrance leads over 4 steps directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Common room as intersecting room, 50 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, video, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 15 persons. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom 18 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. **Top floor**: Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed and lounge.
