Cleanliness was very poor. The floors were flithy, there was dust everywhere, and there was mould and mildew in the shower. It made me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and provided me a 10% discount as an apology, but I feel like it should have been 30%. Any hotel room should be clean, but especially when the room costs $750 per night.

Started off not great as they gave us a room that was very sub par. We were finally able to change rooms that evening & it was a smooth ride thereafter . Thanks to Cindy at the front desk for all her help.
Room was clean & the breakfast was very good. Outdoor pool was a bonus.
