Villa Essentials:

# Wi-Fi: Julietta 1 and/or Julietta 5G
- Password: to be submitted upon check-in
(Be aware that most people and companies use WhatsApp and/or viber to communicate)

# Windows & Doors Lock: We kindly remind you to please ensure that the back and front doors are locked whenever you leave the villa. This is important to prevent any unwanted intrusions and to keep your belongings safe.

# Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

# Villa Rules:
o No smoking inside the villa
o Keep windows closed when leaving (to prevent heavy rain damages - The area experiences occasional heavy rains)
o Ensure the oven and barbecue are turned off before departing
o Place dirty towels in the shower trays
o Parties are not permitted
o Do not feed the stray cats. Feeding them can cause several issues, including: Property damage, Hygiene problems, Health risks, Waste issues

# Check-in/Check-out:
o Standard check-in time is 5pm to 8 pm,
o Check-out time is max 10am.
Special arrangements may be possible with prior approval from us.

# Parking:
o Parking is available directly in front of the villa throughout the entire stone-covered area
o Please refrain from parking in other areas of the neighborhood, as these spaces are designated for other buildings and properties

# Landscaping/swimming-pool:
o A gardener can visit twice a month to maintain the grounds of the villa.
o A pool contractor can visit 1 a week for the swimming pool maintenance.

# Notes
o Please inform us promptly of any damaged or missing items to ensure quick replacement and maintain quality service for you and our future guests.
o You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
o We would appreciate your review on your preferred traveler application/website after your stay.
 
Đenovići and Surroundings - Culture and Heritage
Boka Bay boasts a fascinating mix of cultures, reflected in its UNESCO World Heritage status. The region has been influenced by Venetian, Ottoman, and Austro-Hungarian rule, creating a unique cultural landscape. You will find a blend of Orthodox and Catholic churches, showcasing the area's diverse religious heritage.


# TOURIST REGISTRATION:
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS UPON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DECLARE YOUR VENUE IN MONTENEGRO TO THE TOURIST OFFICE
(By law, foreigners who arrive in Montenegro without a tour package and are not going to stay in an official hotel or hotel should register on their own).
How to register?
You can register at any tourist office. To do this, you must have with you:
- Your passport;
- A check about the Abritel or AirBNB fee (if you do not fall under the category of citizens who are exempt from payment);
- A document confirming membership in the preferential category (this applies to those who are exempt from paying the tourist tax).
After submitting the documents you need to inform the office employee with:
- the address of Villa and whom has registered it
- the date of your planned stay in Montenegro.
- Registration will be charged an amount of €1/person per staying day.
FYI, as tourists say, the registration process takes no more than 5 minutes. As a rule, it takes longer to wait in line.
Theoretically, you can, not follow the rules and forget about the tourist collection and registration. However, when leaving Montenegro, you will have to pay a fine of €200. So, we highly recommend registering
